The server speaks the Model Context Protocol over Streamable HTTP. Jobs come from the companies' own career pages and are checked every day.

  • search_jobs

    Open jobs by keyword, city, remote policy, employment type, seniority and how recent they are.

  • get_job_detail

    One job with its summary, duties, requirements, skills and where to apply.

  • get_employer_context

    About the company: description, fields and number of open roles.

  • startupjobs:search_events

    Upcoming startup events: conferences, meetups, workshops and pitch nights.

The server follows OJCP 0.3, an open standard that lets AI agents find and read job postings in one common format, on top of MCP. Agents that speak OJCP can use StartupJobs Chile without any setup.
